"Only great things to say about this company. We moved into a home last Monday, and I had previously scheduled Potts Gas to come out that following Thursday to top off my LP tank. Well, woke up Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. to go back to our old home and meet the movers to finish up, and . . . we had no hot water. On a 30-degree morning. Propane was completely out. Called Potts Gas at opening time, and they were wonderful. Sent out Charles Dickerson that same afternoon to get our tank topped off, and when I told him I had never before had LP, he showed me around and went through the house with me showing me how everything worked. Kudos to Potts, and to Charles -- I'm glad to be doing business with you!"
